Osteopathy Clinic

The best total body care

Osteopathy is a hands on treatment which works with the musculoskeletal system of the body.

Osteopathic treatment is based on the principle that no part of the body exists in isolation, and that the musculoskeletal system is a key component of our overall physical wellbeing and health.:

Osteopathy uses a wide range of non-invasive techniques, which may include

Joint manipulation , tissue massage,  joint and muscle stretching,  medical acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation as well as lifestyle advice.

Through these techniques, osteopaths aim to increase the mobility of joints, relieve muscle tension and help the body to heal.

We treat a wide range of conditions both muscular and skeletal which include:
• Lower/mid back pain  • Neck pain  • Headaches • Migraine • Hip, Knee and Shoulder pain • Sports injuries • Mechanical foot pain • Arthritis • Slipped Disc • Trapped Nerve • Repetitive Strain Injury • Tendonitis  • Tennis/Golfer's elbow.

Will Betteridge

Will is an enthusiastic young practitioner who began studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Osteopathy at the college of osteopaths in 2015. Having completed his studies, Will was proud to have been awarded a First Class Honours Degree.

Will believes that all patients deserve to be actively involved in their own recovery.

He is welcoming of a patient’s choices and preferences when building a safe, effective treatment plan, and encourages them to take charge of their recovery at home.

With a passion for sports and activities from an early age, his team mentality has enabled this approach and sharpened his fascination between activity and both physical and mental health.

Away from work Will maintains his passion for sports and health, playing golf and going to the gym regularly, as well as running, yoga and walking his dog.”
